Friends of Newstead & Annesley Country Park

About Us

The Friends of Newstead and Annesley Country Park (FNACP) are a volunteer group dedicated to the maintenance and enhancement of the Newstead and Annesley Country Park (known locally as Annesley Pit Top).

The Park consists of 220 acres of former colliery land, comprising open ground, broadleaved woodland, grassland, marshland and has 5 lagoons. A wonderful haven for wildlife.
